Sabrina Fernandes is a Brazilian author and researcher with a Masters in Political Economy and a PhD in Sociology from Carleton University. She is currently the Head of Research at the Alameda Institute. She is part of the Ecosocial and Intercultural Pact of the South, a member of the editorial committee of the NACLA Report, and a Senior Research Advisor to the Oxford Technology & Industrialisation for Development (TIDE) centre. Her research is focused on just transitions, Latin America and internationalism.
